Creating Your First Company

A Company in Molley is your workspace — it contains all your projects, team members, and settings.

Company Overview

When you create a company, you're setting up:

• A shared workspace for your team
• Company-wide context that the AI uses to assist you
• Billing and subscription management
• Member permissions and access control

Creating a Company

Basic Information

1. Click your Company name in the sidebar
2. Select Create New Company or navigate to company settings
3. Fill in the required fields:

Description	Brief overview of what your company does
Logo	Optional brand image

Company Details

For better AI assistance, complete your company profile:

Company Tab

• Industry — Your business sector
• Size — Number of employees
• Website — Your company URL
• Founded — When the company started

Profile Tab

• Mission Statement — Your company's purpose
• Vision — Where you're heading
• Values — Core principles that guide decisions

Business Tab

• Business Model — How you make money
• Target Market — Who you serve
• Competitive Advantage — What sets you apart

Culture Tab

• Work Style — Remote, hybrid, in-office
• Communication Style — Formal, casual, etc.
• Team Structure — How teams are organized

Why Complete Your Profile?

The more information you provide, the better Molley AI can assist you. When you ask for help with marketing copy, product decisions, or strategy, the AI uses this context to give relevant, on-brand suggestions.

Managing Team Members

Inviting Members

1. Go to Company Settings → Members
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email address
4. Select their role:
   • Admin — Full access, can manage billing and members
   • Member — Can create and edit content
   • Viewer — Read-only access

Subscription Types

Molley offers flexible pricing:

• Solo Mode — For individual users with token-based AI credits
• Team Subscription — Seat-based pricing for organizations

Managing Billing

1. Go to Company Settings → Billing
2. View your current plan and usage
3. Upgrade, downgrade, or manage payment methods

Switching Between Companies

If you belong to multiple companies:

1. Click the Company name in the sidebar
2. Select from your available companies
3. The interface updates to show that company's projects and data
